Day 3 cories life 1 day @ time advice: meditate
-most people when they think meditate they think of people crossing their legs and have their fingers on their knees in a circle and go "mmmmmmmmmm"
-but meditating is when your only focusing on 1 thing and you just use that. Well what is focus? Focus is your concentrating on 1 or many things, like when your driving your consentrating on the road. Thats how were like with god. When we get an encouraging word we "meditate" on that word. It may be easy to get sidetracked with another thing you just shove it out of your head. Meditate also means like when were praying and we do all the takin your not really listening to wat god says your just saying a hole bunch of stuff and then once your donr you just get up and leave and do somethin else and then you expect god to tell now well your just got up and walked off thats y we need to just wait for god to talk to us and god is a gentle men like if you do somethin else he say hey hey your doin this i need you to go on this path and stop wat ur doin and go this way. NO he won't say that cause hes a gentlemen and the name aslo speaks for it self. So when you do meditate or pray wait for god to just tell you instead of just saying every thing and leave just wait!
